Customer policies

Website Cancellation, Handover and Migration

Use your JaraWeb account to request cancellation of an eligible order, or to request website handover, migration or buyout. JaraWeb staff will review the request and keep its status in your account.

Order cancellation and domains

An order cannot be cancelled after its domain registration or transfer has been submitted to, is being reconciled with, or has been confirmed by the registrar. A request submitted before that point is reviewed against the order, payment and provider status. Sending a request does not itself cancel an order or approve a refund.

Website handover, migration and buyout

JaraWeb will provide a written quote for the requested work. The quote will identify the service amount and currency. Any applicable tax is itemized on the invoice, which you can review before paying. A positive quote is invoiced through the customer portal; work begins after you accept the quote and payment is confirmed. A zero-value quote still requires your acceptance.

The portal records the request and quote; it does not automatically export or transfer website files, email, a domain or third-party licences. Staff will confirm the scope, transfer method, customer access and completion with you. A JaraWeb service remains active until the agreed work and any separate billing or provider actions are confirmed.

Custom plugins

Where an E15 custom plugin is included in your selected JaraWeb package, it is provided at no separate charge. Its minimum development value is ₦150,000. New plugin development, major changes and ongoing maintenance are scoped and quoted separately before work begins.
