Domain Registration Policy

This Domain Registration Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and procedures for registering, transferring, and managing domains through JaraWeb (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

Domain Registration:
  • Domains are registered according to ICANN rules and the rules of the relevant domain registry.
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete WHOIS information during registration.
  • JaraWeb is not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer.
  • Once a domain is successfully registered, it cannot be cancelled for a refund, except in cases of registration errors on our side.
Domain Renewal:
  • Domains must be renewed before expiry to avoid suspension or deletion.
  • Automatic renewal is available and recommended.
  • Renewal notices will be sent to the email address on file.
  • JaraWeb is not responsible for expired domains due to missed renewal notices.
Domain Transfers:
  • Customers can transfer domains to or from JaraWeb following ICANN transfer rules.
  • Domain transfers may take 5–7 business days to complete.
  • Domains that are less than 60 days old cannot be transferred in compliance with ICANN rules.
  • Transfer fees may apply.
Domain Ownership & Responsibility:
  • The customer listed in WHOIS is considered the legal owner of the domain.
  • JaraWeb is not liable for disputes regarding domain ownership.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their domain usage complies with applicable laws and this policy.
Prohibited Domain Uses:

Customers may not use domains for:

  • Illegal activities, fraud, or phishing
  • Hosting malicious software or malware
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
  • Infringing intellectual property rights of others

Violation may result in suspension or cancellation of the domain.

Expired Domains:
  • Expired domains may enter a grace period or redemption period as defined by the registry.
  • Fees for renewal after expiration may apply.
  • JaraWeb is not responsible for lost domains due to delayed renewal.
Changes to This Policy:
  • JaraWeb may update this Domain Registration Policy at any time.
  • Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
